  $7,000 for basic direct burial service
  
  We set up an appointment , he ran through the list of what they charge, my family and i had questions about the services and he was being very vague. While i was trying to understand what he was charging us for, i asked him to "go through each individual charge because i'd like to understand what you are charging us for" , and he continued to add charges, type them all up i to the calculator, still unreasonably vague after my request - while sort of laughing, smirking!
  
  Our grandmother was buried in 2002 with laz paz, we were charged around 1,995, I understand that was 2002, and I expected the prices to be higher but not 7,000 for direct burial. His response to that was "we are Palm now, Palm laz paz."
  
  I understand this is also a business, but when dealing with loss, loss of a loved one, you would expect funeral services to give off some form of kindness. We all felt like he was just scripted and trying to make a sale , we felt like a customer with a very impatient employee, not even trying to pitch a sale just punching in numbers with very little to none explanation.
  
  We didn't expect this coming back to them AT ALL. Very disappointed and never coming back to support this business any further.
