  Relatives booked a funeral there and the owner's wife charged them for everything. Decorations, not cleaning, not mopping, not putting things away, forgetting things. Also, they sit through the funeral with you and eat your food. Rude ass lady. Kept telling us that she was gonna charge extra for all these things she already took the payment for.

  Owner's Wife is such a b*t*h. Day 1 into the funeral and she is bossing everyone around like she is hosting the whole thing. Do this, do that, do it this way, don't do that. And Owner is in his office looking at Security cams monitoring everything, if he see a piece of trash on the floor, he has his wife come and tell us to clean it ASAP. It's the beginning of the funeral and it's isn't our first time doing one. We paid for the place, so let us use it how we like it. If you guys are scare of the place getting dirty, the don't rent out the place.
