  My sister, daughter and I were delivering flowers for a cousin's services. I informed them that I was delivering flowers and needed to know where I could place them. I was greeted in a very dismissive way. I advised I had four more standing sprays and the gentleman turned around and said "that many" as if we were bothering. I found them very rude and insensitive.

  Average service. My uncle had recently used them to cremate my aunt. So when my 2 nephews passed away suddenly, I used their services. Not entirely sure why a 5 year old boy cost $100 more than a full grown woman, but I also didn't ask. They were helpful and friendly enough.
