  This is a most welcoming place. The emphasis is on serving others and studying for betterment of one's self and spiritual growth. Tzu Chi is international on par with the Red Cross in responding to disasters. They recycle, hold services and classes and have a health screening mobile throughout various times in undeserved areas of Fresno County. Tzu Chi is filled with such sweet and giving people.
